Should You Use The SNOOZE Button?

I don't use alarm clocks anymore. Wake up every morning around the same time. For some reason Saturdays and Sundays an hour later.

I don't mean to use it...but my hand has a mind of his own and my body also don't like responding to that annoying buzzing noise. I end up hitting that snooze more times than I should every day...

Never bother with alarms of any sort. Up at the same time for the last four decades, no matter how much travel or late nights. Kinda predictable after all these years :-Cool/"
