Just tried this Shampoo/Conditioner by Loreal. It's like a Hot Oil Treatment for your hair. The best part is it smells like caramel!

Although I still use shampoo (usually Dove for men or Old Spice, just because they were on sale recently) I don't have a heck of a lot of hair left on my head. In a pinch a bar of soap does just fine, thank you very much.

Okay, I had a shower and paid attention, just for this thread. You're welcome!

Bar soap (Tone, available in the US only, purchased on our occasional shopping trips to Buffalo/Niagara). No facecloth, sponge, loofah or anything else. Today's shampoo was Old Spice.

Started on my chest, armpits, down to genitals, around to bum, legs, then feet. Back to bum, a little more thoroughly. Wet hair for shampoo, added shampoo and lathered, washed face while shampoo soaked in a bit, rinsed. Repeated with shampoo. Did pits and genitals again with shampoo leftover on my hands. Rinsed hair, entire body (a couple of spins), and done.

Same routine pretty much every time. If I'm showering at an incall or massage parlour I am not quite as thorough, as I would have just showered at home before I left--I pretty much just concentrate on hands, pits, bum and genitals. Rarely wash my hair except at home--not that it takes any time to dry, but why bother when I could be doing fun things (and just washed it within the last hour)?

Soap is soap. Dishes, laundry, shampoo...same basic stuff just coloured and scented so they can charge whatever they want.



Hair is dead. No shampoo will bring it back to life. All shampoo does is wash away the oil and dirt. You could do as well with bar soap.

Wear it high and tight so soap is all I use.
