SG needs the definition for the word "Date".......

So I was thinking....Yes all my personalities and even Sybil..:writing:

What do you define as a Date.......

Noun
1.
a. Time stated in terms of the day, month, and year.
b. A statement of calendar time, as on a document.
2. A specified day of a month.
3.a. A particular point or period of time at which something happened or existed, or is expected to happen.
b. dates The years of someone's birth and death: Beethoven's dates were 1770 to 1827.
4. The time during which something lasts; duration.

5. The time or historical period to which something belongs: artifacts of a later date.
6. An appointment: a luncheon date with a client; a date with destiny.
7.a. An engagement to go out socially with another person, often out of romantic interest.
b. One's companion on such an outing.

8. An engagement for a performance

Dates have a pit, I prefer figs which have itty bitty seeds that can be swallowed.

I'd put raisins above prunes, then figs, and put dates last. :bs:

I dunno about you brother but I eat 3 dates or more and there better be a wash-room nearby.

That's the great thing about dried fruit, your date can taste great even when they're not fresh.

Very true, they can be dirty maybe even still have the worm in it that was dried up in the process. I guess the upside would be we now have added protein.

Hey B*t*H you are messing with my thread.....:rofl1:

No wonder you all have issues in Dating....:rofl!:

You try to eat your date on the first date....

I like eating them too......:shocking:

Eating a date, what a marvellous way to spend an evening. My problem is the date usually eats the meal, drinks my wine and then goes home, ha ha ha it's funny now but not when it's occurring.

My wife who I truly adored of 30 years passed on several years ago. At my age now it's not easy to get back into the dating scene. That is how I inadvertently stumbled on to this site. I was using Google as a method to find dating sites and coincidently clicked on to here. I believe this falls more in-line with pay as you go dating HA HA HA .....

Just for clarification: doesn't matter what the dictionary says, doesn't matter what an encyclopedia says, you have to remember a woman can form her own unique definition.......(and btw, she won't tell you what that is, you'll have to guess and if you guess wrong? no more for you!!!)

I have to agree with that.

It works both ways dating.....For men and women.....
If it fun then it a great time....
If it difficult well ...you have to think if you want to meet again
If you do not click....well bye....

Just as you males worry about what a woman may think, well so do we women...
:fixer:

You're getting ahead of us, Blissful - we need your definition of "date" first. :whip:

I guess I should do both sexes.....

With a man...I like going out to dinner, nice wine, that he can keep up with the conversation....
Most of all I am not worrying that he wants to just get me into bed......

Women..Dinner, nice wine, conversation is the same but a bit different as I am a woman too...
I am not worried about jumping into bed....

With both male and female I need to click with the person.....or we will be friends......
But this is me.....and only me and the way I do things.....I seem to click more with females than
males.....
