I'd long ago lost interest in the Muff thread, and only glanced at it today because SillyGirl happened to be the last person posting, and I'm always interested in what she has to say.

This time around I was sorry to hear what SillyGirl said ...

Which, basically, was simply this:

I'm checking out of the locker room, guys, because too many jocks have become jerks and some of you are downright jackasses.

My words, not hers, but pretty much describes how she's been treated. As a result, we lose SillyGirl's voice on this board.

A voice that has always commanded my respect.

A voice of sanity, reason, humor and truth.

The voice of a woman. The voice of one very damn smart woman in particular.

Responded to the Muff thread, but figured SillyGirl deserves her own thread, rather than being buried in distasteful mire.
