I saw the new James Bond Movie, SKYFALL, today and I think that it lived up to its Hype.

It had all of the elements that James Bond Movie fans have come to expect and to love.

James Bond Movie fans will love the tie-ins to the previous James Bond Movies. I won't spoil it for you.

Every showing today ended up being Sold Out - go early if you want to get a seat.

Even if you Book on line, you may end up in the First Row staring straight up.

In this movie, James Bond meets Lord Voldemort. Tell me you don't think that the same thing when you see Ralph Fiennes for the first time in the movie.

Enjoy. :YMAPPLAUSE:

Well played, Mann - Art Mann. :YMAPPLAUSE:

I was Shaken - but not Stirred - by this informative video.

I certainly enjoyed this movie. Bit different from the norm but still quite enjoyable.

Skyfall has become the latest victim of eagle-eyed film fans, who have spotted 24 bloopers in the new Bond blockbuster.

The continuity mistakes range from 007 star Daniel Craig's lace-up shoes changing to slip-ons during a train fight scene to a missing train stop during a journey on the London Underground.

Other grave errors, reported to website MovieMistakes.com, include a handbag disappearing after it is placed on the floor by Dame Judi Dench, and fluctuating levels of whiskey in a glass poured by Javier Bardem's villain Silva.

One picky contributor noted, "There are mistakes in every film but some good ones in Skyfall."

The blunders haven't hindered the film's success - Skyfall is the most lucrative instalment in the superspy franchise's history.

Saw it today for free with my scene rewards. Give 4/5. Also saw Argo on Grey Cup Sunday and The Argos won. In the movie there is a saying "Argo fuck your self" :biggrin2:

The latest Bond beauty, Bérénice Marlohe, on The Late Late Show

Finally got around to seeing this on the weekend, I really enjoyed it! My only two complaints:

1. No cool gadgets or gizmos!? What gives? The new Q needs more imagination (and a haircut).

2. The Bond girl Severine (Berenice Marlohe)....ewwww. She looks like a Thai ladyboy to me! I much prefer Naomie Harris...especially in the scene where she shaves 007. Very hawt.

Very much looking forward to the next installment. As they say, I hope they don't cock it up!

Treat it as a Bond Reboot or Bond re-invented. Less babe factor and smarter women, less cheese and less bad dialogue that was prevalent in the 60's-90's Bond films. Much like how Batman was rebooted from the comical 90's version to the hard core and faulty character Batman known as the Dark Knight. Bond was never considered an Oscar contender, but the Oscars will celebrate 50 years of Bond.

I agree about the latest Bond Girl Severine, not very attractive, I liked the stunning Olga Kurylenko instead in the last Bond.

Skyfall is now the most successful Bond film of all time reaching $1 billion world wide and without the inflated 3D price but it was available in some IMAX theatres.

Skyfall won 2 Oscars, I think that's a first for any Bond film.

Sorry Bond films have won a total of 4 Oscars.
