Keep, sell or throw away :biggrin2:

I got the usual boring stuff but it's always the thought that counts.

No one gave me a gift certificate of $250 to poon.

What is wrong with my family :-Cool/"

Well, I got a call from Sillygirl wishing me a Merry Christmas and I got another call from an escort friend wishing me a Merry Christmas.

My neighbour who is a TML fan actually gave me a HABS cooler mug! Great gift because I know how much she would have hated spending $ on it! LOL

I got a stack full of 649 and Max tickets, who knows maybe?

Car broke down (new battery required most likely) so housebound until Friday anyway. LOL

Dunno, I took off to the gym and then to the movies when the family was getting together. Got back just in time for dinner. Helped a bit with the dishes then took my brother's dog for a walk, and tried feeding him to the neighbor's greyhounds.

So the gifts are still sitting upstairs, wrapped et al. I do know there's a suit, shirt and ties up there, but they're fine right where they are. WTF good are suits any way?

I was given a certificate for a spa treatment and a pair of new shoes which I actually like. My best gift though came from my boss which I can't say just in case he read review boards and then as they say "the jig is up":biggrin2:

I'm just glad Christmas is over, I must have gained 3 lbs. with all the food over the holidays.

Dave how about I come along to the gym with you for a month!

I got the usual, gloves, hat, scarf, underwear and socks. Thankfully this year I didn't get a tree ornament, I so much prefer the socks. :biggrin2:

"the jig is up" Politically incorrect comment! :biggrin2:

You gained 3lbs hopefully on your boobies!

It would be ok on her ass too.

My best gift was brand new fancy snow blower, my worst gift was a pair of Santa boxers. I only wear speedos and by now you'd think my family would know this!:grrrrrr:

Mom got me a black suit, purple shirt and 2 ties, which were all put into the suits bag and stuffed into the back of the closet; a sweater and under shirts, which were promptly laundered; and $50 which went towards protein powder. Almost forgot the tea towels. Well those will no doubt find their way into her linen closet.

Brother's family got me 2 Duck Dynasty shirts, which went directly into Ma's church's rummage sale basket; and a gift certificate to the Oshawa Centre, which I left somewhere.

The younger of my two sisters got me two guitar books and an instructional DVD set by Zakk Wylde, which would be cool if I hadn't been the one to pick them out....

And my oldest sister didn't get me any thing, which isn't new.

You can if you want. Realize I'm there 6 days a week, and it's not the typical pink dumbbells and machines work out. Mine's more of a minimalist/body weight strength/power routine. But if you can keep up with the 85lb farmer's walk, by all means....Oh, BTW that's 85lbs in each hand.

To give you an idea of some of my silliness....Most people perform a wall walk like this

I only do that to get into position for handstand push ups.

When I do wall walks, I do....

Start

Finish

And yes, it's uncomfortable.

Dave that's an awesome routine! I'm incorporating it into my workout. I'm currently leading a few people in doing The Pushup Challenge.

I too have not stopped going to the gym, and haven't gained any weight.. 182lbs down from 194lbs in August. I also, sadly, wasn't able to go back to MTL to be with family, but all in all, it wasn't too bad of an Xmas:

- Best wishes by phone from several SP's and Agency Owners.
- A tub of protein powder, a mixing cup (HOT PINK!), and a muscle shirt from my Muay Thai/MMA student
- A Sony Walkman headset (like the beach yoga girl in Dani Devito's video) mailed from my parents.
- A ninja pen (shaped like a knife, does a metalic SHWING sound) and William Shakespear's Star Wars from D.
- Deerskin leather gloves and a holiday dinner from the new 2nd GF.
