Awesome as always TINY!

My first inkling of this notion was when I was a kid selling tickets to raise money for a hockey team. I was convinced that I'd make a killing in the ritzy part of town and hardly sold anything all day, whereas many of those in the not so great part of town readily opened up their wallets for a cute kid hawking her wares.

Since then, I have often found when traveling to third world countries that the generosity of those with so little surpasses most of us here in the first world with so much more by comparison.

Part of a school project was to go into Surrey and New Westminster and DTES to observe the homeless. Instructor said just observe. I broke the rules a class mate and myself spent the day talking each one handing out water, and shirts. WE have so many homeless and not enough beds in shelters in Canada, sadly Vancouver has the highest rate. I would love to see more Canadians taking the time to acknowledge these folks, they are people. The government ignores them basically at least here on the west coast.
