Putting that many ads does more harm than good, as it shows total desperation to would be clients, and that's not a good sign. I don't think flagging by one person alone gets it removed, even though it removes it from what you see, as I'm sure I recently saw a comment posted by CL that it takes more than one flag. I too flagged it, as I hate the ones that post ads so many times, as there's enough ads to read without seeing the same ones over and over.
