Realistically while they do look really hot...
They rip all the time, roll down, can't stay up, garter won't take time, give you weird leg muffin top even it's the right size for you,

Honestly they don't make me feel sexy compare to a nice heel and the right set of lingerie.

It depends on the lady. Some can wear stockings really well, and some can't. I think it goes along with skills like walking properly in high heels: some women can do it elegant, and some look like they could fall off at any moment.
