Yup it's true it does work. I use it all the time. Soon as the officer comes to my vehicle I say -sorry, you got me, I guess I should hand you my drivers license. On more than a few occasions I have been let go with as little as a warning and when I have been ticketed, it's been at a reduced rate or a comment like "come to court and see me prior to trial".

They should do a research of what % of women don't even get a ticket?. My take is at least 50%.
