I had to get a new medication and a few other over the counter drugs. At Shoppers drug Mart not only were all smiling at me but when I asked which isle is this and that. They walked me to it.

Then Before I was to pay for the new drug the Pharmacist explained all there is to know about it.

They just won a customer for life.

I try to deal with locally owned stores as much as possible. Service is usually but not always better.

Shoppers drug mart in my area is also wonderful, Sobey's too has great customer service. When I was visiting another city a while ago, I had gone grocery shopping, when unloading my bags I had forgot 3. when I went back they were obviously gone, I went to their customer service desk to see if anyone turned them in, no one had, but they allowed me to get what I had lost for free, can't beat that However I won't go to Asian nail salons in my area any longer , two times getting nail fungus is two times to many.

Same thing happened to us at Sobey's--my wife got home with the shopping, and she had obviously left a bag behind. She went back to customer service, told them exactly what she was missing, and they gave it to her. They scored a lot of points with us that day.
