The survey involved phone interviews with 455 Muslims in Ottawa.

tboy said:I will say this: we'd better be careful. With only a 47% turnout for the last election if every muslim votes for a pro-muslim politician, they could very well get their laws here......

It's only scary because it was meant to be scary, that's how you sell newspapers (less and less every year). Look at the source, The Sun. Lots of vague survey questions without much explanation of what the actual questions were. For example, what does "support for Al-Qaida" mean? Does it mean support of their terrorist goals (i.e. killing people, most of whom have been other Muslims), or their political objectives (getting the United States to stop interfering in the domestic affairs of other countries)? If it's the terrorist goals, then I'm sure there's not much support for it. If it's getting the US to stop interfering, I'd dare say there would be more support for that objective amongst Christians and atheists alike than just among Muslims.Repoman said:Now this is scary shit!
