Supreme Court of Canada sides with police in internet child luring case

Undercover police officers do not need to obtain a judicial warrant before using email or instant-message services to communicate with someone suspected of child luring, the Supreme Court of Canada has ruled.

Very glad to hear this decision, but I don't think being wise or the law or even logic, had anything to do with it,... but due to public backlash if they made another dumb ass decision.
