At first it looked like he's kneeling, but maybe there's something blocking the view of his lower legs, and does look like a hydro truck with maybe a roof rack and ladder on it, but if she had to chase after him he doesn't look too concerned, and is just casually holding his cellphone. She must have been close to him to take that photo, but he's not even looking at her.

It could be that the photo is not the guy she saw, which really sucks for the guy in this photo. If he did what she said he did, he is a douche that should be 'outed'

Terb seems to be acting up again. I get a blank page with a popup asking for username/pw but when I enter it in it just goes back to the Authentication Required dialogue box.

Anyone else having this issue or is it just me again?
