I dont know, I think any time you catch a person in a position of power abusing that power it should be exposed. It happens far too often

Wrong.

1. It is legal to film police
2. He asked if he was being arrested. The police have to tell you if you're being arrested and read you your rights.
3. The officer fails to identify the reason to search his car. United States Constitution (Fourth Amendment) re: unlawful search and seizure.

Pay attention to the chevrons on the cops shoulders. He's a sergeant. I can't speak for America but in Canada that is generally year 10 of your career before you can write the exam. He's not a rookie.

Turns out the Uber driver dropped off someone at a drug house. The house was under surveillance and they pulled the guy over. A "reasonable" reason to pull him over and question him but not reason for a search. How's the driver to know he's dropping someone off at a drug house? I think it's fair they pulled the guy over if just to question him. They did have suspicion. It's how they handled it.
