It's actually going to be built entirely out of milk chocolate, and then wrapped in gold tin foil. The cold winds at altitude are supposed to offset the heat from the sun to keep it from melting, and the whole thing will be funded by buying old Easter Bunnies sourced from The Dollar Store at below wholesale cost. My understanding is that the Indian government is a major shareholder in The Dollar Store retail empire worldwide, and so have an in with the franchisees.
