in one of the former Gooderham and Worts buildings. The buildings were built in the 1800's out of stone and massive wooden beams. Many of them have been fully restored and are just stunning to visit.

I enjoyed their Bistecca al Amarone this visit and it was simply a really enjoyable meal. Their roast garlic potatoes were probably the best I've experienced, fresh vegetables and the steak was literally melting in my mouth.

Dinner for two ranges from $100 to $200 depending on the wine you choose. They also have a game menu which I plan to try during my next visit there.

Beef or Tuna Carpaccio?.

Auberge used to have the best beef Carpaccio but have not been there for years. The attitude of their staff turned me off.
