TEACHER VS STUDENT – WHO IS AT FAULT FOR THIS ASSAULT?

She was being a bitch but cannot condone violence because of that.

Uhmmm if I were a teacher, I would encourage the teacher to leave the room and ask for the proper authorities to get involved such as the police charging her with assault. No need to get into a heated argument with a student. If a student wants to argue, just ask her to leave the room to avoid potential hazard like this one.

All I could think of is that if I had talked to one of my teachers like that my parents would have thrashed me when they got hold of me. I have no sympathy for her or her potty mouth.

Unfortunately her potty mouth wont get her punished as severely as this teacher would receive in the near future. He should have never touched her. No matter how difficult a student is, a teacher can never ever touch her or him. Again, he should have asked the student to leave the room. If not, he can go straight to the principal. Meanwhile the student could have been charged with physical assault and may be expelled. I would be curious what will happen next....

. He should have never touched her. No matter how difficult a student is, a teacher can never ever touch her or him. ...

If you are being attacked you have the right to use reasonable force to defend yourself at all times.

Being a student does not give you a pass to threaten or attack your teacher in Bosco's world.

Not sure what world you live in ''Peace''

Well Maurice, we live in the same world. :) Based on the video, i feel the teacher should have asked the students to leave the classroom. Instead they were arguing back and forth and the student decided to attack him. Unfortunately I assumed many teachers aren't trained to defend themselves as evident in this video. Despite the student's bad behavior,I wouldn't be surprised the teacher will receive punishment.

again, teachers need to be taught how to deal with this....I highly doubt it they have been trained how to diffuse potential violent confrontation/situation and if attacked, do they know how to defend themselves "professionally"?
