Teen Jailed 13 Days ... Over A Pocketknife

If he takes the pocket knife to class, it's a weapon but this seems alittle over board.
 
And he wants a career under Law enforcement :unknw:
 
It is becoming a joke, this is the same country that allows people to walk around with guns? What a joke!

But when I flew last week, the screeners confiscated my nail clippers. Guess I'm lucky not to be doing ten years...

last year I spent ten minutes while they searched my backpack, at the airport.

Finally asked what she was looking for.
She said a cork screw.

I went right to it and she apologized for having to take it.

I said my fault completely and went on my way.

You should have been arrested and thrown in the slammer. Willful bottle opening on planes has to be discouraged! :biggrin2:

I was working in the TSA area.
You would be shocked as to what people forget they have.

Loaded hand guns are pretty typical.


As for our youth in question

He did break the rules, however his weapon in question is part of the paramedic kit he has for work.

I do not fault the school but rather the judge who held it over for trial.
