Terb's party_guy49 was arrested for human trafficking?

John Gilbunni on Terb wrote to warn me about not granting access to the HVFM list to party_guy49. It was already too late, I had granted him access about a month ago, he had well over 100 posts, so I didn't even bother checking him carefully. Gilbunni sent me this link:

He's sure that this is party_guy49 because this guy had asked him to join his Facebook page, and name he gave was Joe Howorth, one of the aliases this guy used to lure young girls. Even before this arrest, Gilbunni had a feeling that this guy was running an agency.
