The 9 Most Dangerous Health Foods

Realistically nothing surprises me and maybe you could help with some questions.

1. Is there a difference between a granola bar and a protein bar?

2. I have 1-2 prunes daily for regularity, everything in moderation.

3. HAHA! Yogurt! Yuck!

4. I guess if you should have regular PB that butter wouldn't be as bad. However, having diabetes the margarine is a better choice.

I'm guilty of eating Granola bars and I'm shocked at Sushi. I always choose to go for sushi when going out thinking it's healthy. The same goes with turkey burgers. I always buy ground turkey over beef and I'm hoping this only applies to restaurant made turkey burgers.

Granola tends to have a high concentration of sugar, but protein bars van be just the same thing with a different package. You have to really read the label. Usually if it tastes to good to be true there is a reason.

Sounds fine to me.

3. HAHA! Yogurt! Yuck!
Try kefir or add berries.

Margarine is one of the worst things you could eat. I always use butter. The organic butter is the best as it's nutritonal profile is superior

I have always avoided protein bars, think of them as chocolate bars on steroids. I tend to eat granola bars with nuts but now reading the label I see the second and third ingredient in is fructose, DAMMIT there goes that snack! I love the sweet and salty ones, DAMMIT!:biggrin2:

Yoghurt wise I always buy Greek but the one with the fruit, usually blueberry. I can't stand the plain or vanilla one. I've never tried Kefir but I just Googled it and ew, it looks gross!

As for Peanut Butter I always eat one little teaspoon before going to bed and it's always the regular one.

Low fat Yogurt works for me. Try it it tastes just as good as the rich one.

I hope everyone notes that bacon and chocolate covered bacon are not on this list.
