OMG! It was a reduction of Oyster liquour with crisps hunks of pork belly and a few little oysters on the plate. Mmmmmmm good. From the restaurant at Patowmak Farm.

The best spaghetti Bolognese I ever had was in Venice. Don't know what the secret was! Maybe it was psychological cause I was in Venice. Maybe I just thought it was amazing because of that. lol

I had duck breast with blueberries in Banff which I still think of as one of the best meals I've ever had......mmmmm I'm getting hungry.
