There’s no exception for hate speech under the First Amendment’s protection for freedom of expression, unless the speech is direct, personal, and either truly threatening or violently provocative.

^@Primo-Couldn't some of your example, (ie: firing, etc) be seen as "freedom of speech", or expression. If fans stop watching football, that is them expressing their dislike for the "bended knee". If someone fires someone for doing something they disagree with, that is their expression of disapproval, or free speech.....
