Sometimes I think it's hard to tell - "does this person actually want me to kiss them or would I be crossing a line?" Because sometimes people give mixed signals, hard to tell if they really want you to - then the moment is gone

And in the case of the video, her whole encounter seemed awkward. She may not be comfortable being on camera
