Lisa, I have spoken in person to Linda and I have expressed my concerns. I also was appalled when Bob posted everything about our meeting as well as posting pictures of ladies that he feels resemble my wife and good friend. Then again I guess posting about ones vacations, orthodontic procedures, the selling of their dogs; perhaps you are not a real person either?? a 1 player I am trying to convince my wife for one more meeting and that is with you sir if you will accept. I think Chaos Theory would also be a pleasure to meet with, hopefully I can share a coffee with the two of you. I'm doing so only to prove to you of our good will and then maybe you can assure the rest of the board. Please be patient, she is a little upset as to what has happened with Bob and is really worried about Linda. I must have her on board as my promise to my wife when I first posted on this site.

If I may ask a favour of the group. Linda is a very nice woman with a very big heart. Please be aware she is out of her element here and yes I introduced her to Bob with me having complete confidence in Bob being the perfect gentleman. I'd prefer most of the gentlemen not try and cajole her into a meeting, especially without either Ida or myself present. I've notice a few coffee requests and this has me a little worried. Linda, I know you will be reading this and please don't be upset but I would feel terrible if anything should happen to you especially since it was us who introduced this "world" to you.

I would hope that if Linda were to meet me, or any other person for that matter, either on this board or elsewhere, (either with or without you present), that she would choose a public place with lots of people for her own safety. I'm not saying at all that I am any threat whatsoever, I have a ton of people that can attest to that, just that it would be the prudent and wise thing to do.

Now that being said, so what if Linda is out of here element. I am out of my element here as well, it does not mean that I cannot have a good time here and enjoy the company of others. Brent, I might recommend that instead of protecting Linda, you support her quest for knowledge and new experiences, and let her life her life on her own terms. Sheltering people does not protect them, it harms them.

If one has never seen the effects drugs take on an addict, or the perils of war, one might assume that both would be a fun thing to experience.

What do you have to say about this Linda?
