Yeah, I agree a pierced labia deserves a few bonus points. The girl would be a 7 on her own, but 2 more points for that particular piercing. I don't quite understand the natural pubic hair with the piercing, they don't seem to go together, otherwise I would've given her an additional 0.5 points. I like natural muffs, and I like pussy piercings, but not necessarily together. So 7 + 2 = 9 overall.
