they could be sisters but the key is: look at her nose....the one in the clothed pic is long and the naked one is short. Age and weight change can alter a lot of things but not the length of one's nose.

Same as the...the.....(ball at the end of it?? lol) it is bigger and lower in the clothed pic and smaller and upwards tilting in the naked one.....

She's wearing the same outfit in both shots, only pulled up a little bit more for the naked shot. I think the difference is in the lighting and the room. She's got a dark brown drawer in the background which is making her hair look a little different. But I can't give her more than a 65%, either way.
