Her face actually looks quite good with her hair down, like it is in the second pic. That entire second pic is a bag (pun intended) of mixed emotions, including the saddle bag: great face & great hair, vs. saddle bags & tats. In the first pic she just looks not only plain, but actually older looking (maybe 5 or 10 years older), but it is doesn't give you any mixed emotions like the second pic did. I'm being pulled towards rating her higher because of her beautiful face, so I'll give 75%. But she would've definitely been a 95% without the mixed messages.
