Very young mothers, usually don't get any stretch marks or saggy bits when they have their kids. The other day I was at a friend's dinner party, and one of the other guests brought in their two kids, one of them a bit over 1 year old, the other less than 1 month old. Was the mother recovering at home? Nope, she was there, wearing tight-fitting clothes that knocked my eyes out of their sockets. And she didn't look like she had any kids at all, she was as thin as a pencil.
