There does seem to be scars but two things I noted: the 'scars", if that's what they are, cover almost one half the lower nipple area and that's way too much of an incision for implants (unless it was a real hack) and the topless picture doesn't show enough size to be anything more than a small implant. Some women do have a "ridge" of raised skin around the aereola, which is what I wondered about.
