As Galilleo showed, air resistance factors in to the drop test, unless we do it in a vacuum. Anyone got a Dyson handy?

Ever since I switched to watching the news on the Edge browser, they have Dyson commercials on the BBC feed that I can't shut off with my ad blocker.

I used that argument and we dropped the loose feathers and lead and as expected the lead fell faster.


Then lacking a giant Vacuum Chamber we used seal a meal bags and placed the lead in one and feathers in another.
Removed the air from both and sealed them........Dropped them both and Robin hit the ground first.....He forgot to let go of the feather bag.....The lead hit him a second later. :biggrin2:
