I'm driving along the 400 series highway today. I have less than a quarter tank of gas and I see the Petro Canada Service centre just south of the King Exit. The sign that shows the amount per litre is not showing any pricing. I pull up to the pump and notice it is 7 cents higher for all grades of petro than if I purchase it from the gas stations off the highway.

Now bear in mind the price of gas is a pet peeve of mine but too see this price gouging really annoyed the hell out of me.

I pulled out, exited on King and filled up for 1.27 a litre as opposed to 1.35!:grrrrrr:

I'm telling you, the way we get treated by the big companies is really starting to get under my skin.

Yes we are paying a LOT! I filled up in Buffalo several weeks ago for almost half the price of what it costs me here.
