1. Toronto was a friendly clean city
2. the Asian woman from S.F. as she gave great hugs and...
3. it was cheap to go to Europe until the introduction of Euro money
4. you could actually see lake Ontario from downtown but now its blocked from these silly high rise condos
5. highways such as DVP, 400 and 401 werent busy until from 5 to 6...
6. torontonians weren't shy to say hello

I miss my granny's cooking. She's still alive and in good shape (knock wood), but there's several hundred too many KM of distance to just pop in.

I actually miss the simple life of being a kid. Just being able to play and have fun with no worries other than what's for dinner......

Oh yeah, that and my 5th disc..it's pretty much gone now......last x-ray I had it was all but invisible....

I actually don't miss my hair...I save SO much time and money. I mean, no more shampoo, conditioner, mousse, and it takes about 4.3 minutes to get ready in the morning. I had a YL stay over not long ago and in the morning she asked me: do you have a brush I can borrow? I looked at her with a goofy look on my face and said "what do you think"?? lol......

(though I did find one I hadn't used in about 10 yrs in the bottom of a drawer ...I said "hello old friend, I remember you well! hehehe)
