We had early versions of the 'fly-board' when I was still in the service, and we trained on the prototypes to assess viability for covert operations. At that time, the tech was flaky and unreliable, speed and range was limited, and onboard power was insufficient to carry crew and required gear. Lots of team injuries incurred over a 3month test trial, and it never went anywhere. That was more than 10 years ago.

Looks like there have been some interesting advances to this point. Wouldn't surprise me if the Special Forces now already have combat ready versions in their current arsenal of tools ready for deployment.
