I recently was about to buy a Century home until I realized the pitfalls of dealing with the Heritage Department when it comes to renovations.

Old traditions are not always pratical when the world keeps going forward.

I agree maybe Im getting old but some things should be kept on paper like the constitution, laws, divorce agreements, money,ransom notes
