Maggie's: Toronto Sex Workers Action Project presents
TIPS AND TRICKS FOR CREATING A MORE SUCCESSFUL SEX WORK BUSINESS

Saturday February 23 | 10am-5pm | 298A Gerrard St.

One week your phone is ringing off the hook and dead the next. We
often don’t know if we could be marketing ourselves better to attract
more clients (and more of the kinds we like). At the same time, we
can’t access mainstream career and skills training!

In this all day workshop, NYC-based consultant Donia will take you
through how to improve the quality of your business, attract more
clients and your dream clients.

* Developing your own personal brand
* Attracting more of the clients you want--and keeping them
* Writing more effective ads and marketing strategically
* Managing your finances
* Creating a safe work environment including a proven screening policy.
and more...

This workshop will be a fun and lively mix of presentations,
interactive discussion, creative problem solving and exercises that
will get you started instituting good practices that will yield
immediate results.

FREE. Pre-registration required. Limited spaces available. Includes
all course materials (and special gift) and a free 20-minute follow-up
call with Donia

To insure the privacy and safety of all the participants, all
attendees will be required to complete a simple screening. This class
is open to current sex workers, of any genders. Currently the plan is
to host this at Maggie's but if this would bar access (due to the
steps or any other access need), please notify us and we will change
venue.

For more information and to register please contact Maggie's at
[email protected] and include a link to your most

I think I've seen Eros advertise this (or something like it) in the newsletter I get from them

Not a bad thing, in my opinion. Always good for some food for thought.

Have even thought of putting together something like that myself.

Is this a paid advertisement?.

Kind of a PSA. Maggies is a well-known group who are activists for Providers in the industry.

As far as I know it is free. I don't make the calls on these things, but I'm pretty sure this one gets to slide.

Maggie's the organization asked me to post this on the boards to get it more exposed to providers who may not even know about maggie's and who could possibly benefit from this type of workshop. So this is definitely a PSA.
