After a while when the new car smell is gone, he's put many miles on the odometer, went through one too many speed bumps and maintenance is getting costly, he decides to trade it in or sell it. The new guy that gets the car will be excited in it, since a car will always be new to someone else, especially when he doesn't know about all the speedbumbs.
