You might want to jump on the band wagon with the other two unless you think you don't need it! :roll:
I see the moon & tog2 have each added a customer service line so we can now sing the blues to whoever will listen.
The moon doesn't have a dedicated customer service line so you'll have to go thru their extremely complicated 1 2 3 directory.
Line 1.. english
Line 2.. chinese
Line 3.. manager & complaint dept.
I guess if you happen to speak some other language other than english or chinese you're SOL.
Apparently the tog2 customer service number is only available thru their ad on another board & not their website.
My take on that would be the only guys gettin' the royal screws put to them are the members on that board. Better them than us! :great:

This is probably how it's gonna go..
Due to our "ladies of the evening" lackluster performance we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls so all of our customer service reps are currently busy with other customers (suckers) for the next two & a half weeks.
If you would like your call to be placed in sequence then yell f**k into the phone at any time.
When you do manage to speak to a representative you're going to hear..
