Toilet Seat Up or Down? Does it matter?

One thing that women do with toilet seats that drives me crazy, and probably most men are those plushy toilet seat cover covers. Once you put one of those on the toilet seat cover, it's guaranteed that you won't be able to get the toilet seat to stay up by itself without holding on to it! It's only women that find those god-awful things attractive, and because they never need to have the toilet seat up, they see no inconvenience there. We guys need that toilet seat to stay up by itself, as both our hands are needed to stand up and urinate. We don't have a 3rd hand to hold the toilet seat up too.
