It's not a no tolerance issue as Madd would love to have most believe. If I'm not mistaken and actually I know I'm not your allowed to drink provided you do not blow over .05.

0.5 you get a warning and slapped very hard on the wrist. It's not worth it, over .08 it's a criminal offence and good luck if you want to be insured not too mention hurting or injuring someone so don't get me wrong, I'm not supporting an impaired driver.

One glass of wine with a meal doesn't effect your reflexes, having said this if one cannot control themselves then it's best one takes a cab or uses the TTC.
