The golden glow of the Olympics keeps burnishing Vancouver’s reputation, helping cement its position as the most livable city in the world in The Economist’s new rankings.

Toronto’s below-90 per cent rating for its infrastructure (roads, public transit, airports, housing, energy, water and telecommunications) kept it stalled at the number 4 position on the magazine’s annual list.

Vancouver is also # 1 in...

The most boring place to be. Apologies to the westerners just my 2 cents' worth.
