The boys in blue will not be happy with their Chief but he is correct, public confidence is being lost I'm just not sure if going public is the way to rally the troops.

This was the same video that was shown to the officers months ago. The Toronto Star was only able to get a copy of it now under the Freedom of Information Act. And yes....Madman is crazy.
