i dont think this is news and i'm not sure what this study is trying to prove. reason i say that is because normally you would do combo therapy before you step up to isotretinoin anyways in hopes that it'd work and that the patient can avoid using isotretinoin. wouldn't be good practice for anyone to just go straight to isotretinoin without trying the other options first...
