What A Wookie said:TBH I think their busyness is part of the problem. When I've had problems the attitude seemed to be "take it or leave it" and they are busy enough that they don't care. I do have some mixed feelings about them hence the "controversial" pick.
Anyway I don't want to make this a complaining thread.
One of the things that I EXPECT is an apology with an effort to retain you as a client. If this means a discount, so be it. If it's on your next visit, so be it. It takes years to get a client, it takes moments to lose one.
Before all things bad happened, I've been cancelled on and delayed for beyond an acceptable amount of time without nary an apology at times. The writing was on the wall.
SFT gets my vote for exceptional compensation and public apologies - The primer for this is the SP's who just don't care about their business, this is usually dealt with quickly when a pattern is apparent. It's a good model as with SFT, they lose money with compensation.
Sassy's has very good retention and Carolyn has set the bar for agency business model. I don't think you'll see it with anyone else. All the SP's I see there are happy and you rarely see turnover or a complaint from the ladies. This overall, is what makes them the best agency in Toronto.
