I am a very reserved person who is not very adept at initiating and maintaining conversations. However, conversations are very important to me during a session. I therefore try to seek out providers who are great conversationalists and I rely on them to initiate and keep the conversation going. I see mostly MPAs, both indy and at MPs. I have seen one outcall indy SP. The MPAs I see provide different ranges of services from the regular manual release to more liberal options.
I have been able to find a couple of MPAs who are very adept at conversation and the conversation has been great during our sessions. I find that if I know I can rely on them to initiate and lead the conversation it puts me at ease and I can participate in the conversation without worrying about awkward pauses. I have become one of their repeat clients. However, as often happens, one of them left the business earlier this year, and the other retired a few months ago.
I am now looking for replacements but have been unsuccessful so far. One of the most frustrating things about this quest is choosing MPAs for whom multiple reviews indicate that they are great conversationalists, but then finding in my sessions with them that we do not click at all and the conversation is awkward or non-existent. I just had a session a very days ago with one of these "great conversationalists" who hardly said two words in the hour we spent together. I have also tried explaining to providers via email, prior to making an appointment, that I am a very reserved person. However, it seems that they simply gloss over this info, if they even read it, and they never even mention it in their replies.
I am therefore now at an impasse and I would appreciate any advice with regards to this issue. Would it improve the odds if I narrow down the target? For example, would I have more chances with SPs than I would with MPAs, indy vs agency/salon, outcall vs incall, etc? Would it be preferable to target providers who are in their late 20s or early 30s rather than those who are in their early 20s? Or is it all a matter of chance, in which cause I should just continue what I am doing and sooner or later I will find the provider I am looking for? Does anyone have any other suggestions?
