Do the authorities know she linked this to her Twitter and is it allowed?.

Just to play the devil's advocate here but why was she filming this and does she film all the sessions without the knowledge of the client and secondly do we know what led up to this? We only see the individual in attack mode, do we know if he was attacked first, did he know she was a TS provider from the start???
Perhaps he deserves to be stoned and jailed but I'd like to see the entire story before someone is convicted and tried on social media.

I am not crazy about the filming aspect but maybe she does it every time for security or maybe she only does it when she has a bad feeling who knows. As long as it isn't used as black mail I am fine I mean if the cops ever busted her and wanted to go after johns they already have your phone number and possibly your dna in a condom.
And if the guy didn't know it was a TS... getting dressed and leaving would be the normal response not going after the TS in the nude with a knife and robbing the TS.
I thought TS;s usually advertised as such rather than tricking people.
These days it is pretty cheap to get hd cameras and recording. Would it be any different than a massage spa that records all the customers that come and go?

This lady advertises as trans. So the guy knew what he was getting in to. For those that would opt to fool a client, shame. For those clients that don't read, you have no one to blame but yourself. So this argument is stupid.
For the videoing of clients and sessions. Who can blame them? Go back to my security thread. Although it was underhanded if she didn't tell them she was filming, she has the stigma of being trans that some target. I don't blame her one bit, but if it were me that was being video'd, I don't think I'd take too kindly to it either. Again, go back to my security thread and why decriminalizing will make everyone safer (growing pains not being in question).

Repeats should not have anything to worry about if they choose to repeat after this as I trust she would not need to video for safety. If she is videoing for nefarious purposes, then that's another questionable act on her part and she should feel the consequences for that.

If you read their tweets, they insist the "nest cam" is always on in plain sight for everybody to see. Maybe majority of the people who frequent that apartment know? You have to keep in mind this took place in Hollywood, California. The environment there is entirely different than the one in Canada.
The idea of recording sessions for safety reasons doesn't reassure me one iota. If I were ever in a scenario that I felt THAT insecure about meeting someone, I would ask them to find somebody else. I'm fortunate that I can be picky about whom I choose to meet and I listen to my gut instincts about someone every single time now.
Also, I've been taping over laptop webcams for as long as I can remember owning one. Doesn't everybody do this?

As for this it's hard to say what happened but someone mentioned 17 stitches and the lack of blood. It's tough because as we know there isn't a lack of idiot clients.

I was in a session once and I placed my sunglasses on the night table. The lady picked them up and inspected them. I asked why. She said that one client had glasses with a cam and tried to record their session. She said it was the way I placed them on the night table that made her suspicious.
