I'm so pumped. I've been going for long, I mean super long walks every morning, avoiding junk although I get weak sometimes and nibble but I'm down 10lbs.
 
Good for you Choke, maybe you should call the Mayor to join you in your long walks!:lol:

Time for me to get started. My mankini will look so much better with a few less pounds.
