The car turned not trying to hit the officer lol. Anyway he should have shot the tires imho.



Officer was clearly not in danger. Never did the suspect try to hit him with the vehicle. Suspect went around him not at him. Looks more like 7 counts of attempted murder on the officer's part. Hopefully both of these criminals will be removed from the streets for a long long time.

Government law makers give the officer the right to kill any suspect if the officer feels 'threatened'. That obviously is ridiculous, but in the end, the government doesn't want their authority - represented by the officer - to be lost. In the government's eyes, it is better to kill someone who challenges your authority than lose your authority itself.

Exit Question: If politicians are dishonest, why do people trust the police? The police carry out the wishes of the politicians. You can't have dishonest politicians making abusive laws but then claim that the police - who enact those laws upon the citizens - are noble and honest themselves.
