Absolutely it is. It's also legal to flash your lights at on coming traffic to warn about speed traps even though some cops still unfairly charge you knowing you will have to take a day off in court to get off the charge which you will.

Yes....and if you plan on using it in the City of Toronto I will say that it's ok. Not spectacular like some of the reviews. The speed traps and the accuracy of their location is dependent on drivers sending out a message. People in Toronto are asshats and keep everything to themselves.

The traffic reports though are not that great. There isn't enough critical mass of people in Toronto using this app to provide real time information consistently. The more this app grows the better it becomes. I find traffic reports on radio stations and my GPS a little better.
