Astarte created our universe.

The Thunderbird created our galaxy cluster.



Lakshmi was delegated our Milky Way.

Loki got Earth, with a lot of autonomy from the higher authorities.


Loki then delegated all kinds of stuff to every other deity ever worshiped by humanity, anywhere. {Which explains a lot}
